REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Clear, fair policies that protect our fans and the Club. Effective January 1, 2026.
All Sales Are FinalNo Refunds
Refunds are not offered for scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, weather outside the arena, or missed games.
One-Time Exchange (Before Puck Drop)
If you contact the Club before puck drop, we may — at our sole discretion — approve a one-time exchange for another regular-season home game, subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed.
Postponed or Cancelled Games
If a game is postponed, your original ticket remains valid. If a regular-season home game is cancelled and not replayed, the Club may provide a replacement ticket, account credit, or another reasonable remedy.
Weather Does Not Qualify
Games are played indoors. Outside weather does not qualify for refunds unless the event itself is cancelled.
Season Memberships are non-refundable after purchase and include all ten guaranteed regular-season home games plus any additional regular-season home games added by the Club at no charge. Memberships purchased are governed by the version of this policy in effect at the time of purchase.
